    I never even thought about that.

    I think a lot of people are enjoying the keto diet (besides the results) is because they get to eat a lot of good tasting food.
    Nobody likes to eat like a rabbit!

    1. Hi Lydia. Thanks so much for your comment. YES! This can be adopted by anyone and everyone. I certainly don’t cook something different for my family. Although the plan is customised for my specific weight loss goals, I have customised it around what we like eating as a family.
